Shipping Policy

We currently offer FREE 2nd Class Royal Mail delivery on all our items within the UK.
Tracked Next Day (Mon to Sat) is available on selected products. If available it will be shown at checkout.
We also offer Tracked delivery on some items. These are dispatched following order production and not next day delivery.
Product Lead times affect when your item will be dispatched. Normal Lead times are approx 1 to 3 days. When an item has Tracked Next Day, the Lead Time will be 1 day.
We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail after the product has been dispatched.
Products may be delayed due to any Royal Mail strike action​​

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products being personalised to your specification we are unable to accept returns on these items.
If however you do have a problem with the product you have purchased you can contact us directly via email in order for us to resolve - contact@daisymolly.co.uk
We are unable to process any issues 30 days after purchase.
